Training to be a Healer?

Why should i become a Healer ?
Becoming a Healer means playing a big part in the site, meaning Big stats. Healers accompany Missionaires and Warriors on Missions and tasks. You can also work in the Village Hospital, healing local villagers and maybe even a master.
Even though becoming a Healer may take a long time to perfect, and you may not be rewarded stats after every healing task, the credibility and knowing that you are an important part of the community should be enough.
Healers has three ranks :
Low rank - Trainee Healer (Still studying to become a Healer
Middle rank - Healer (Graduated from the Academy and has been on at least 1 accompany mission)
Top rank - Professional Healer (Has been officailly recognised by a Master and has been reffered to Rai.)
We also have Healer of the Month where me , Mekeo and Kamaru will choose only one. The one chosen will get 20 skill points and a leadership point.
